Anna Street was created in 2001 based on a love of color, a love of fabric and a love of the coastal New England lifestyle. Inspired by their corporate advertising experience, Nick and Carrie Saunders decided to stop building other people's brands and start creating their own. Influenced by the beautiful and varied coastal New England lifestyle, they set out to design a product that would be both colorful and versatile. By combining a classic shape with fun fabrics and a reversible twist the original Anna Street reversible bag was designed and to this day is still a bestseller.

Today Anna Street offers over 20 different bag styles in fun fabric combos, each style designed keeping versatility in mind. Most of our bags offer two and three different looks in one bag making them the perfect accessory from the shore to the city.
