Returns & Exchanges
We accept unused ready-made bags within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Shipping is non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom ordered bags.

If product is in stock we will ship your order in 1-3 days. If not in stock, because all of our bags are handtailored, you will receive your order within 2-4 weeks. If you need to place a rush order, please contact us at carrie@annastreet.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

How to Care for Your Anna Street Bag
To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend dry cleaning only. After dry cleaning we recommend that you treat your bag with a fabric protecting spray such as Scotch-Gard™.
